Who am I?

My story begins at the crossroads of cultures and continents. Born into a family deeply rooted in the rich heritage of overseas Chinese communities—my parents grew up in Mainland China, and my grandmother returned to China after spending her early years as part of the vibrant Indonesian-Chinese diaspora—I learned from an early age the value of adaptability, resilience, and cultural understanding.

Ever since childhood, technology has fascinated me. From building my first algorithms and coding experiments as a young student, to crafting automated solutions to everyday problems, I’ve consistently sought ways to leverage technology to make life simpler, smarter, and more meaningful—not just for myself, but for the communities around me. My personal motto, “Make the impossible possible,” reflects this lifelong pursuit of innovation and impact.

In 2016, driven by my unwavering commitment to harnessing technology for real-world change, I journeyed across the ocean to the United States. Here, I chose a path slightly different from the traditional engineer—I pursued my education at a business school. This decision was intentional: I wanted to understand deeply how technology could empower businesses, help them grow sustainably, and transform ideas into tangible economic and social impact.

Today, as a Data Engineer at LexisNexis Emailage, I build scalable cloud-based data infrastructures and automated pipelines that protect millions of users worldwide, optimize business decisions, and unlock new possibilities for growth. My diverse educational and cultural background helps me connect deeply with teams, clients, and communities, ensuring that my technological solutions aren’t just innovative, but practically beneficial and accessible to everyone.
